Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 medjool date, pitted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or small food processor. Blend, using the tamper or a spatula to mix, adding water as necessary until you reach the consistency of frozen yogurt.
  • Empty into a bowl and top with whatever you like. Some suggestions: banana slices, almond butter, cranberries, cherry pieces, nuts, coconut flakes
