Dark Chocolate Bark

Dark Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 ounces dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bring water to boil in double boiler.
  • Add chocolate and coconut oil to top pan.
  • Stir occasionally until chocolate has melted.
  • Remove pan from double boiler. Stir in nuts and seeds. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to parchment lined pan. Spread evenly.
  • Place in freezer for approximately 30 minutes or until solid.
  • When solid, break into pieces.

Notes

Use dark chocolate melts, chips, or chopped bulk chocolate
Can be saved in an airtight container in refrigerator for two weeks or in freezer for three months
Serving size is equal to 1/4 cup bark
