Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl

Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 1 medium beet, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon pitted dates
  • 1 teaspoon schisandra berry powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and thick
  • Transfer to bowl and add toppings of choice

Notes

Topping Ideas: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, mangoes, chia seeds, shredded coconut
No schisandra berry powder: leave it out or use acai powder instead
