Air Fryer Veggie Chips

Air Fryer Veggie Chips

Ingredients

  • beet
  • zucchini
  • sweet potato
  • sea salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • olive oil spray
  • paprika to taste

Instructions

  • Thinly slice veggies into 1/4-1/8inch thick slices
  • Lay veggie slices on a flat surface; season with salt to extract moisture
  • Let sit for 5-10 minutes
  • Blot with paper towel and pat dry
  • Place chips in a bowl and spray evenly with oil; sprinkle with pepper and paprika
  • Spread chips on air fryer basket in one layer
  • Set air fryer to 350 degrees F
  • Cook approximately 7 minutes, flip chips and cook another 3-4 minutes or until crispy

Notes

Use as many veggies as you like
